Sandra Eugster, Ph.D. is one of the founding owners of MDM. As a licensed psychologist, for many decades she served as a mediator for couples working through all manner of conflicts. Her work focused on humanizing differences, and helping people understand the interests that always underlie their disagreements, with the intent of helping identify alternate paths to meet those interests that can serve both parties. She has a deep faith in individual’s ability to be their better selves even when in the grip of seemingly intractable conflict. Time and again, she has seen people find another way to move forward with dignity and mutual respect, stepping away from the temptation to punish or take retribution.

At this time, Sandra serves as mentor and supervisor. She is always monitoring processes and teams, looking for opportunities to make improvements, and to ensure that our work is in line with our fundamental values of integrity, pragmatism, and kindness.
